My Approach
I work at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Philosophy: I work with people who have unhelpful/maladaptive core beliefs as a result of traumatic event(s), I employ a psychoeducational strategy based on neuroscience and EMDR. Additionally, I have constellation therapy training.
My priority is creating a space where you feel heard, respected and in control of your own process. I understand the impact trauma can have on the body and nervous system, therefore I integrate approaches such as EMDR . Above all, I believe healing happens when people feel believed and supported.
